This charming single storey Kilmartin cottage makes a warm, welcoming holiday home for all the family. Traditionally and tastefully furnished throughout, this Kilmartin cottage includes a traditional Scottish "box bed", a woodburner in the sitting room and patio doors out onto the garden, with wonderful views out towards the mountains beyond. This is a superb holiday area, with boating and fishing (permit required) on the Lochs, and fantastic walks and cycle ways right on the doorstep.
The village of Kilmartin, known for its history and archaeology, offers a shop, pub, hotel and museum, as well as a fascinating churchyard and castle. Easily reached from this Kilmartin cottage is Crinan, with a pretty harbour, canal and coast to explore. The towns of Lochgilphead and Oban are also an easy drive.
