Avondale Cottage is a wonderful stone-built detached cottage in a superb location on the edge of the village of Tomintoul in the Cairngorms National Park. With three bedrooms including two twins and one ground floor double, this cottage can sleep six people. The rest of the cottage includes an open plan kitchen with dining area and sitting area with woodburner and a separate sitting room. To the outside of the cottage is ample off road parking, a front paved patio garden with furniture and a rear lawned garden with outstanding views and a picnic bench. Avondale Cottage is a wonderful base for families and friends to explore the glorious Cairngorms National Park and beyond.

The cottage is set over two floors and has two double bedrooms, a ground floor bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with a woodburner and an external utility at the side of the cottage. Outside there is off road parking just below the house (30 yards away on a slope) or parking at the layby at the track end and a front garden with furniture. Myrtle Cottage is a wonderful base for your restful break in this stunning area.

Glenlivet House is a former hunting lodge and is close to The Glenlivet Whisky Distillery. B&B here is very special - you will sleep in a 4 poster double bed or a half tester double bed and have an en-suite bathroom. You have the use of the main entrance reception area, with a log fire, and also a separate TV room. Breakfast is served in the dining room. There are 2 rooms available, and an 'overflow' twin room if you need extra beds.
The cosy, comfortable cottage next door sleeps either 5 or up to 14 people, and is self catering. It has an AGA cooker, and large upstairs sitting room with a log fire and SKY TV. There are gardens and plentiful parking, and well behaved pets are welcome in the cottage.
