It's a detached stone croft building located in Portessie itself and has glorious views of the rugged landscapes from most of the windows of the house. Outside there is ample off road parking and a front patio with furniture. 1 Seafield Street is close to the beach and an ideal base for a family holiday.

The cottage has three bedrooms (one twin and two double) and a family bathroom, which makes it suitable for six people. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. Outside the cottage is roadside parking. Just a few minutes' walk from the harbour, 85 Seatown is a traditional cottage in a fabulous part of the country.
