Riechip is a 19th century shooting lodge in rural Perthshire, just six miles from Dunkeld. The property sleeps sixteen people and has eight bedrooms, a family bathroom and two shower rooms. The property also has a fitted kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and lockable gun cupboards. Outside the property is off road parking for ten cars and a lawned garden and access to the estate grounds including a fishing loch. An historic building, Riechip is a superb holiday home in a spectacular location.

Electric heating with open fire in sitting room. Gas oven and hob, 2 x fridges, 2 x freezers, ice making machine, washing machine, 2 x tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 10 cars. Lawned garden to rear with garden furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (July to Jan only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 miles. Note: No dogs permitted February, March, April, May or June due to lambing. Note: Strictly no cats. Note: Shooting/stalking available on estate at additional charge by prior arrangement with owner. Note: Cook available to hire at additional charge, subject to availability. Note: Due to the location, a suitable vehicle will be required in icy/snowy conditions.

A spacious, comfortable farmhouse offering a peaceful stay. Guest lounge with log fire, TV/DVD player. Firm beds in TV free rooms, tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer, radio/CD player. Large breakfast menu, all sourced locally with homemade preserves. A small fridge for guest use, Free WIFI access only available in the dining room due to wall thickness Next to Loch of the Lowes Scottish wildlife Reserve, home to lady the oldest osprey in the country, lots of deer, bird life and small animals, a lot of which can be seen from the garden.

We welcome children over the age of 10 yrs, we do not take dogs in the house, but they are welcome to sleep in your car. We look forward to seeing you at Letter Farm, you can sample Jo's home baking with afternoon tea when you arrive.

Jessie Mac's is a four star luxury hostel situated in the Victorian village of Birnam, by Dunkeld. We have 7 rooms, all ensuite, plus spacious lounge, dining room and kitchen for use by the guests. We also have a drying room and secure bike shed. There are two family rooms, 3 double rooms and 2 bunk rooms sleeping 2 and 4 respectively. We are a green hostel and currently hold the Green Tourism Business Scheme award at Gold level. Our ground floor double room is suitable for use by wheelchair users and we allow dogs into 2 of the private rooms by prior arrangement.
