The living accommodation consists of a fitted kitchen with dining area, utility room, sitting room and large conservatory with French doors to the rear patio. Outside is ample off road parking, along with a lawned garden to the front and side with furniture and BBQ. With the amenities of Swinton just a mile away, with footpath access, and with a number of Borders towns and villages to discover within easy reach, Gerrick Cottage makes a great Borders cottage for a group of family or friends.
