Acer Lodge is a family run Guest House situated on the A90 Queensferry Road in the west of Edinburgh, away from the bustle of the city centre whilst still offering excellent access to the city's main sites and attractions. The bus stop is opposite to us and takes approximately 15 minutes to get you onto Princes Street in the heart of the city.

We have 5 centrally heated rooms (2 double; 2 twin; 1 family) all tastefully furnished and with many extras including hospitality tray, flat screen 'freeview' television, hairdryer, alarm clock/radio, refrigerator, trouser press, towels and complimentary toiletries. Free Wi-Fi access is also available throughout the property. We also can provide a cot and high chair if required. A full Scottish breakfast is always available along with Continental style if preferred along with a selection of fruit juices, cereals, yoghurts, cheeses and rolls/croissants. The Guest House has ample on site private parking with easy access to the Airport (4 miles) Forth Road Bridge/M9 (5 miles) and the M8 motorway for onward travel to the west of Scotland.
