A charming, semi-detached cosy cottage near Kilcreggan with one bedroom and two futons sleeping five people.

Rosevale Cottage is a lovely, semi-detached cottage near Rosneath and  Kilcreggan in the Argyll and Bute region of Scotland. The cottage can accommodate up to five people in one double bedroom with an additional single futon and a double futon in the sitting room. There is a bathroom on the ground floor, plus a kitchen with a dining area seating four and a sitting room seating four. Outside is a lawned garden and a patio with furniture and a barbecue, plus off road parking for one car. In a wonderful base for walking and cycling, Rosevale Cottage is a fantastic base for exploring the Rosneath Peninsula.

Shop 5 mins walk, pub 3 miles. Note: Cottage has a steep spiral staircase, care should be taken. Note: No children under 3 years. Note: Short breaks available all year round starting on any day of the week at 65% of weekly rental, plus booking fee. Note: Cottage and garden are on different levels; therefore it may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.

We have fibre WiFi internet access throughout, again at no extra charge and all rooms can surf and check email through their own 17” laptop or I can set up individual WiFi networks for you smartphone or tablet computer that only you can access. All rooms have a mini-bar fridge - no alcohol license but the local supermarket is just across the road.
