At Burnbrae we have three spacious, one bedroomed self catering holiday cottages, all on one level. Each cottage has a private, south-facing conservatory with magnificent rural views. We provide the wood for the wood burning stoves in each living room. Burnbrae is ideally located for exploring the beautiful Borders either by car, walking or cycling. On site there is secure bike shed, a washing machine and tumble drier for guests use. Each cottage has a heated drying cupboard. The spectacular scenery can be admired from some lovely walks of varying lengths, some start from Burnbrae. The local area is known for its cycling with a good network of quiet lanes around Burnbrae. Horse riding is a very popular past time in the Scottish Borders, as is fishing and golf, with numerous courses within easy reach of Burnbrae. Each cottage is ideal for two. Begrum cottage and Thairn cottage can comfortably sleep up to four guests. With prior notice dogs are welcome in Begrum cottage, Mungo's Well and Thairn are completely pet free.

The delightful cottage of Benfield is located in the conservation village of Morebattle, only seven miles from Kelso. It is equipped for two people to four star standard and is pet friendly. The cottage has a stylish spiral staircase which leads from the living/dining room to the double bedroom and very spacious bathroom with shower. Two flat screen tvs are provided and blu-ray dvd. The kitchen has modern appliances with washing machine. Outside there is a small courtyard with tablechairs and bbq. The cottage has full central heating and double glazing. Parking for one car is provided off road.
The village is located on St. Cuthbert's Way and Scotland's National Trail and is in the foothills of the Cheviots. There is an excellent village shop and an award winning butchers close by, together with a welcoming pub/hotel which serves food and real ale. Abbotsford, Floors Castle and Melrose are only a short drive away. All heating, bedlinen, and towels are provided together withy a Welcome Basket which contains items such as local honey, free range farm eggs, home made jam and more. Holidays may start on Fridays or Mondays and short breaks are offered all year round
