This recently built, 3 bedroomed house is pleasantly situated in the quiet Highland village of Nethy Bridge within the Cairngorms National Park. It is spacious, attractively furnished, well-heated and equipped to a very high standard, with good drying facilities.

The large secure garden has access to woodland paths,and a five minute walk through woods leads to Abernethy Golf Course. The well-stocked village shop and post office, excellent butcher, public bar and restaurant are within easy walking distance and a variety of shops & restaurants are available in nearby Grantown-on-Spey and Aviemore.
