We have off road parking in our garden, some ground floor rooms and a conservatory lounge. We have a residents licence and are dog friendly. New for 2015, we have an outdoor hot tub - ideal for a soak after a day spent walking or golfing!

Rickwood House is a Visit Scotland 4 Star quality Guest House with a 2015 Taste our Best Award. Rickwood House Hotel is quietly situated close to Portpatrick Golf Club and is only a few minutes walk from the Harbour and Village Centre. Evening meals are available by arrangement. However there are several excellent places to eat in the village - in fact you could eat somewhere different each night for a week without leaving Portpatrick!

Portpatrick makes an ideal base for exploring the Galloway Coast, including The Mull of Galloway, Scotland`s most southerly point. We are also ideally situated for exploring the Ayrshire Coast including Culzean Castle, Galloway Forest Park and much more. Other popular days out from Portpatrick include Wigtown, Scotland`s Book Town and Kirkcudbright, Scotland`s Artist`s Town.
